PenelopeFcancer Blended Whiskey
Penelope's latest is a Missouri-made blend of straight whiskies at 101 proof, built on a mash bill of 64% corn, 20% rye, 15% malted rye and 1% malted barley. That malted rye share is a large one to see spelled out on a label. It's a limited edition, released in numbered batches.
